Can Erectile Dysfunction Be Cured Permanently?

Question: This is a query pertaining to my frnds Husband.he is 47 years old and pancreatic problem and high sugar patient.Also he is a heavy drinker.He lost his sexual health and never had it in last 5 years sinnce even erection affected.But surprised last day he forced sex and it was like a painful experience since it was like rape.Earluiear also he was have rogh sex .he had affair with so many and may be the reason.But how come he energised from the state in a day.She is totally collapsed due to his attack and she was saying he does,nt know how to place and totally confusion.

is it due to some high power tab or any drugs?
