Question : Can excessive masturbation cause discharge? I masturbated about 13 times in a 24 hour period. After some times that I masturbated, I had extreme pain between my testicles and anus and now about a week later I have a clear leak coming out of my penis.

                                    Brief Answer:
possible cause of fluid
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
It is possible that the masturbation caused some inflammation of your penis and testicles. Just friction and rubbing can sometimes cause tissue to secrete a clear fluid. This is a normal body response and should clear up in another week or so. If you have pain with urination or any redness or swelling in your penis you need to see a doctor. Also if this does not clear up soon you should be seen for a check up. I hope it all is resolved soon

Will the doxy make it go away? And is this something that happens often? Also, the leak happened a couple of days after the masturbation. Is that still something that is possible?

                                    Brief Answer:
sounds like inflammation, not infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello, doxycycline is for infection and unless you have been sexually active with someone with an infection, you will not need doxycycline. Whenever there is excessive friction on any body part, it can take a few days for the inflammatory reaction to set up, cause, swelling, redness (in some cases) and bleeding. I would not worry unless you think you may have contracted a sexually transmitted infection. But if it does not resolve in a week or two then definitely see your doctor.

a few days
Detailed Answer:
Hi, It usually takes a few day for the irritation to occur, build up then leak fluid from the injured tissue. It should heal up on a week or so. Good luck
