Brief Answer:
it is a possible consequence

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that this can occur as a consequence because of the increase in abdominal pressure which can occur with excess nose blowing.

It can also occur with prolonged coughing, lifting heavy objects or straining with bowel movements.

All of these increase abdominal pressure and an increase in abdominal pressure then increases the pressure in the rectum and anus which can cause protrusion of the hemorrhoids.

This may not occur in everyone but it is a possibility

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
