Can Excessive Snoring Cause Dryness In The Nose?

Dryness of nasal passages maybe due tonasal allergy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
The dryness of your nose is unlikely due to snoring. It could be because you could be having nasal allergy. You may try taking a tablet of montair lc daily and use fluticasone or metaspray nasal spray. Avoid dust and smoke and very cold climate. Breathing exercises through nose also help.
You have not mentioned if along with snoring you have breathing issues as well. Do you sleep well through the night or you keep getting up because you feel choked and breathless? If you have these problems you need to undergo complete sleep studies. Are you also overweight? If yes, weight reduction will help a lot. Sleep on your side and not at on back. These measures may help in controlling snoring.

Nor I am overweight
No there are no medicine for snoring.
Detailed Answer:
Good that you are not overweight. Snoring may be just a habit. As I said try sleeping on your side and not flat on your back.
There are no medicines to stop snoring. If you are relieved of your nasal allergy, that may reduce snoring also. You may consult a ENT specialist to rule out any blockage in the nose and throat.
