As explained.
Detailed Answer:
Okay, so it is called a missed miscarriage.
Can you upload the scan report that shows the fibroid ?
Generally, a fibroid cannot cause miscarriages in early pregnancy.
There is a set of investigations that have to be done.
1. Most important is to send the material of the D and C ( cleaning of the pregnancy ) for chromosomal analysis and genetic testing. The most common reason for missed miscarriage in a genetic defect in the baby.
2. Karyotype of husband and wife.
3. Complete blood count, blood group, OGTT, TSH, Thalassemia testing, HIV, Hep B and C testing.
4. Antiphospholipid antibody testing.
5. Pelvic ultrasound scan, which is already done ( please upload the report )..
6. Work on weight loss, as you are overweight. Is your BP normal ?
7. Semen analysis of husband.
please get this workup done.
Take 3 months folic acid supplements after the miscarriage and try afterwards for your next pregnancy.
