My opinion-..............?IBS ? gall stone colick? bile sludge induced colicks with diarrhoea?It could also be due to accompanied pineal gland cyst./ or could be from accompanied combination of medicines,which needs to be ruled out with attending doctor, in your case.

In the given situation-You seem to suffer from-IBS with ?gall sludge?Gall stones.
Dear,it seems the food induced infection or the concentrated bile acid with bile sludge would be causing streaming of liquid with cramps followed with diarrhoea
The floating stool confirms the fat contents in the passed stool.
The highly concentrated bile sludge,could be presenting with muscle cramps but in actual caused from gall bladder colick.
It seems from your complaints,that you are on fried/spicy/nonveg diet lately for last few weeks,which has been causing IBS like complaints.
Complex complaints seem to be caused from bile acid diarrhoea.
This could be from food induced IBS with enteritis accompanied with it.Or could be from gall sludge with dyspepsia with gall bladder colick.
Other causes like giardiasis / amoebiasis/ yeast-candidial infection needs to be ruled out.

Get blood lipids to rule out high cholesterol causing high bile acid sludge.

Bland liquid diet with low fats /low protein diet and with rice / potato porridge x for 3-4 week.
Plenty of fluids.
Antibiotics with anti-amoebic/anti-giardial drugs with Anti-spasmodic medicines to control the IBS like complaints
Tab Lactobacillus-ds-1 x 2 times a day x 4 weeks.
Multivitamines with minerals like magnesium,zinc etc with Vit D3 / with Calcium with Vit B12/ Folic acid needs to be given for 3-4-weeks time to recoupe the sever IBS(Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
All medicines to be got with script from family doctor,to resolve local non-availability from OTC/generic conflict.
Avoid taking Brewed yeast in beer/ and Avoid bakery products to control yeast loads causing candidial infection causing IBS like complaints in your case.
If bile acid sludge is confirmed causing bile acid diarrhoea, XXXXXXX of Cholestyramine -a resin to bind bile acids would reduce bile acid induced diarrhoea,which would resolve the cramps under right rib in your case.
Treatment on the lines suggested would recoup you 4 weeks,after stabilizing IBS caused from either food induced infection / or from high bile induced flood after fried / spicy/nonveg diet.
This treatment would give long remissions from recurring IBS,Which you suffer from.
Accompanied pineal cyst could be a cause of these complaints and needs to be kept in mind in your case.
