Can Get Besides Over The Counter Medication To Help My Stomach?

Question : Hello, I'm having a lot of stomach pain, for 4+ weeks. I have a large lump in my stomach, and pain throughout the upper left abdomen area, just below my ribs. I've had a lot of constipation. I went to a medical center (2 weeks ago) and their X-ray only showed impaction, however, the lump seems to be in my stomach causing the most problems. Dime sized. Antacids help a lot, and I only discovered this a day ago. I've been essentially immobile for a few days. I'm thinking this could be some kind of ulcer that isn't healing. Is there something I can get besides over the counter medication to help my stomach? I have no insurance and can't afford $8,000 for CT scans and more X-rays.

No dark stool
No vomiting

Was prescribed a 2 day prescription of Lactulose, didn't do much.

Have seen your details and i appreciate your concerns,
As per the query answer is-
1)If there is a mass in the abdomen then investigations are required especially if lump is big in size as medicine would remove it.
2)No ulcers can be felt like a mass in abdomen.
3)You could take MIRALAX if Lactulose is not helping and add fiber supplements.

As antacids are helping take Prizolec two times a day and Tums three times but you have to go for some investigations like Endoscopy if not CT scan.

Medicines would only provide symptomatic relief.
