Hello.
We have reviewed these images and our conclusion is: There are radiologic characteristics of foreign body of unknown material- it may suggest metal object or needle tip, less possible glass object. It measures 7.2x1.1mm, and it is located in the antero-medial part of the upper thigh, in the medial intemurscular septum in the triangle between muscles adductor longus, vastus medialis and sartorius. The object is in close contact with femoral vessels but not able to say if it is inside these.Best wishes
