Question : Hi my mom is 93. She in October 2014. She has a huge goiter( 8/8/4) on thyroid which lay on her breathing tube. Right now her face hand and legs are cold she is sweating her temp is 95 and her blood pressure is 93/70 is that a concern for ER

Noted your concern.
The huge goiter can cause breathing disorder and even chocking. However the symptoms which you described are highly unikley to be due to goiter. How ever, she may need an ulltrasound scan to assess further]
