Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

cephalexin is not the right antibiotic to treat gonorrhea. The most effective regimen seems to be ceftriaxone 250mg once only and azithromycin 1gr once only. Ceftriaxone has to be administered intramuscularly. Azithromycin can be taken by mouth.

I hope I've helped!
Kind Regards!
