My kidney GFR has averaged 43 for the past 10 years. Is it healthy for me to drink Green Tea?

I read your question and i understand your concern. GFR of 43 for the last 10 ears wont get affected by green tea and you can take it , But your GFR is lower than normal and frequent follow ups at least every 3 to 6 months estimation of GFR should be done to keep an eye on kidney functions.
