Question : I am having throat infection and fever from yesterday. 101F fever was there this morning. I have taken grilinctus and dolo 650 . Please advise.

You can take dolo 650 every 6 hourly, for throat infection do povidone iodine throat gargling, if the fever and throat pain persists for more than 5 days then you'll need a course of antibiotics which needs a prescription by the doctor, I usually prescribe Tab. Amoxclav 625 in my practice, you can discuss about this to your physician
