It can be easily diagnosed by Gynaecologist

Greetings
May be blood tests won't detect trichomonas infection but clinically a Gynaecologist can identify on speculum examination or smear under microscopy.
She would have seen her vagina during ultrasound scan and if any infection detected would have been treated.
So you may not worry.
If you are anxious about it you can discuss with her .
If will usually not cause any issues during ovum pick up.

It does thank you. If I do have trich, would my sperm mobility, DNA fragmentation be very low/bad quality for my part of the process?

Trichomonas usually not an issue with sperm. But other genital infections can cause sperm abnormalities.

Thank you for following up. Other than HIV is there any other STD that can be bad for the egg or be transmitted to it during retrieval?
