Can Height Decrease After Being Pushed By A Heavier Person?

Question: Hi doctor, I am a male, 57 years old. My height is 1.62 m and weight is 65kg. Will my height decrease when someone who is heavier and taller than me pushed my body accidentally while alighting from the bus?
