Brief Answer:
Does not occur in normal circumstances.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
To recapitulate: Female/66 - Noted the medical history, current medication known allergies and the present problems - wants to know whether hemorrhoid can cause sphincter not to close completely after bowel movements - stool continues to ooze from the rectum for 20 to 30 minutes...
In practical life not seen such a case wherein the hemorrhoids can cause such a problem.
If the sphincter is intact, has nice strength and the stools do not have any mucus and/or watery, this can not happen.
If this is to occur, the leakage could come on any other time too like mild straining for lifting things, a bout of a sneeze or cough and so on.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Per-rectal digital examination to know the tone of the sphincter, any ulcer or mass and ano-proctoscopy by a General Surgeon or a Proctologist can get you the most correct diagnosis so that further management can be planned well.
Also send the samples of stool and blood for tests.
