Brief Answer:
Hemangioma doesn't cause elevatied liver enzymes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Hepatic hemangioma doesn't cause elevatied liver enzymes (including ast and alt). Hemangioma is a benign liver mass that never cause liver cell damage and elevated liver enzymes.

Other liver disease are associated with elecated liver disease, some of them are:
- Hepatitis (viral hepatitis)
- Toxic hepatitis (from alcohol or drugs abuse)
- Fatty liver disease

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations:
- blood work
- blood analysis for viral hepatitis
- abdominal ultrasound and abdominal ct-scan

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
