Can Hepatitis B Be Contracted Through Non-penetrative Sexual Activity?

Question: Hello doctor
5 months back visited massage parlour for body massage. At last she did Handjob till I ejaculate. Can I get hepatitis b .
After 4 months tested by strip method got negative.
2 more test at 5 months in a gap of 6 days got negative

After 4 months tested for ELISA HIV. Came negative. Is it accurate. Yesrarday tested for HIV card method. Got single dot. That is negative.

From yestarday am getting chill and slight fever. And eyes becoming little bit yellow.
Is this is hepatitis b or jaundice.

Can I get hep b and HIV from Handjob and massage.
The girl was fully dressed. What if SHe is infected with hepatitis b and HIV
Worried some time I feel to commit sucide
