Please find my observations below.

1. Herpers commonly refers to infection with herpes type 1 or type 2 virus which causes rashes in oral and genital regions.

2. The infection cannot be cured completely. The rashes develop when the patient has stress or low immunity.

3. Therefore the infection cannot be totally cured in a person having the infection. The activity might be measured using test for antibodies and this will tell the intensity of infection.
