Question : Every morning I have nausea. I'm a female, 57, not pregnant. Bowls extremely inconsistent
I've attached the last blood test with your items added in by the tech. Here's where I am
-Slight Nausea every morning (eating will many times stop it)
-NO Deep sleep (I have an app on my watch) that will say I got 8 hours, 5 quality and 0 deep
-Sleepy all day until around 8PM at night when I feel fairly normal
-Inconsistent bowls (sometimes none for 4 to 5 days) then evacuate all....gross huh
-Little to no appetite ...at times. Sometimes it's normal, not much though
-Have not been exercising at all
-Not a lot of water
-Blood sugar spikes that simply crash me

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
From your attached results, the high testosterone level is of concern. You need an abdominal ultrasound to check the ovaries and adrenal gland in order to find a pathology for high testosterone level.
The thyroid hormones are low but not likely to be responsible for the symptoms you described.
I would also suggest checking the cortisol level at 8.00am and 4 pm and electrolytes too ( sodium, potassium, calcium).
A low cortisol level may be responsible for your symptoms.
It'll be a pleasure to help you further.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
