Brief Answer: May be possible. Detailed Answer: Hi, I went through the query and understood your concern. Yes, with high uric acid in blood, there may be formation of uric acid crystals below the skin and can cause pain. You can confirm diagnosis with scanning. If this symptom has occurred only once the this may not be due to uric acid but with other condition like constipation or anal fissure or other conditions. To avoid high uric acid in blood try to avoid alcohol especially beer which has high purine level (uric acid) and also avoid cauliflower, mushroom, lentils ,spinach, tomato and organ meat. Keep well hydrated, drinking 2 to 3 liters of water per day, unless you were told otherwise. I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer them. Wish you faster recovery and good health. Regards
