Brief Answer:
form of medicine intake

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX

If the medicine is in the form of pills then you have to take the medicine in the directly on the mouth by keeping sub lingual.
If the medicine is in the liquid form then mix with half cup of water and take orally.
Suggest you share the name of medicine and the form of medicine you have purchased.
Also confirm the same with your physician.

Thanks
Dr Ratnesh
