Question : Can I take more HCL for acid reflux cough. I'm using Aloe Cure which helps but soothing but constipated and my diet is suppose to be more to proteins .

Please specify what you mean by HCL. By HCL do you mean Hydrochloric acid ? If yes then no you shouldn't take HCL. Acid reflux Cough is due to reflux of stomach acid into airway and lungs . Stomach acid itself is HCL and you want to add extra HCL to stomach , there is no logic in that.
Yes Nexium will help for you a lot and it is pretty safe medicine. I would advise you to take Nexium.
