No interaction but may worsen ureteric spasm

Hello,

Welcome to HCM

There is no adverse interaction between Mortin and hydrocodone.
However being an opioid it may worsen the ureteric spasm which is often the cause of pain. An antispasmodic like urispas along with a non opioid analgesic would be a better choice.
