Brief Answer:
Suggestion on top feeds

Detailed Answer:
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

First of all I would like to congratulate you on getting them to 4.5kg by 2 months of age. Now coming to your query, I would like to tell you certain things and ask certain questions -

1. The present formula has suited them very very well and it is reflected in the weight gain they are showing.
2. Till now there is no diarrhoea or vomiting and this suggests that the current formula is not allergic to them.
3. Keeping these two in mind I would like to suggest you to continue the same formula as all the formulas are same in calorie and protein adequacy, all are equally fortified in nutrients. So there is no need to change.

Questions;
1. Why do you want to change the current formula, is it giving any problems?
2. Is there any rash over the buttock regions of the kids?
3. Is it not palatable for the twins?
4. What is the birth weight of each of them?
5. Are you breast feeding them and topping up with Dexolac or are they only on Dexolac feeds?

Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
