Question: Hi if an elderly person is on remeron causing them to fall,hallucinate,difficulty swallowing should they keep taking it?

If REMERON ( MIRTAZAPINE ) is causing you do much problems,then it should be stopped and must discuss with the treating doctor.Any fall at this age can result in fractures and hence must be avoided at any cost.
You must call on your treating doctor and discuss with him.
