I read online that it can cause an overdose because its a slow releasing antibiotic. Its it true

You can crush a normal tablet- not SR one.

All the tablets are not slow releasing. You can take 100 mg tablet after crushing- a single tablet only at a time - then it will not cause any overdosage.
