Question : Hi Dr. About 5 days ago I was I china and visited a massage parlor. I layer on the bed naked as she kept tubing me and asking if I wanted a happy ending. I kept saying no but as the massage went on and she kept grabbing at my penis over and over even though I would push her hand away I gave into temptation in the end. She grabbed a bottle of I'm guessing a lubrication and quickly finished me off. During the masterbation I was also rubbing her crotch area on the outside of her panties or leggings, whatever she was wearing. When it was all over she grabbed some tissue and wiped me down, I can remember if I adjusted myself with the same hand that I had rubbed her with but I would have just been an adjustment only. During the massage she kept trying to kiss me and I would only let her kiss my cheeks, once did she get the slight side of my lip, but never open mouth. I did rub her breasts also during the massage. So my concern is what is the chances of any STD's and which ones? For the first couple days after I swear I had tingling feeling in the first 1/2" of my urethra and since then I have had no appetite and am having to pee every hour it seems. I'm sure some of it is stress as I'm married and the guilt is completely killing me. When I got home from China 2 days ago, I went to the urgent care and got tested for a UTI and it came back clean. The DR said don't worry about a std test as I was leaving for a trip to Germany the next day and wouldn't be home to hear the results. I am now sitting in Germany still stressing bad with no appetite and peeing every hour just little amounts.

There is no penetration of penis or you did not touch her private part with hand, in that case, chances of transmission of infection is less. As you mentioned that you just touched her panties or legging from outside and after that, you used your hand to adjust your penis, even then, chances are less. What ever you are feeling now and decrease appetite is due to guilt feeling you have on your act. Better to just relax and enjoy in Germany. Nothing to worry about it. Thank you Dr. XXXXXXX I understand what your saying but am still very concerned. I am still urinating about every hour even if I drink ver little. I also feel slight pressure on my bladder which gets worse the more water I do drink. I'm normally the kind of guy that can hold my bladder all day and only go once or twice. I went a total of 15 times yesterday. Every now and then I feel a slight itchy tingle on my anal region. It could be due to shaving my entire regions after the ordeal. I usually shave about once a month anyway. But from what I have researched online, gonorrhea has similar symptoms? Any other thoughts?

Brief Answer: This is not gonorrhea Detailed Answer: Hi What ever symptoms, you are feeling like excessive urination, may be due to underline worry about the infection. Gonorrhea usually associates with burning with urination and discharge from the penis, so it can not be gonorrhea. There is no risk of STD from hand to genital contact. The reason for this is that the organisms do not survive well in the atmosphere or at room temperature and with each passage, if organisms are present (if that girl was infected and this is unlikely), the amount is diluted with each transfer. As a result transmission does not occur. This is not something to worry about. I would also point out that while it is typical for persons to get their partners genital secretions on each other while engaged in mutual attachment, this is still classified as safe sex and STD (as well as HIV) transmission does not occur.
