Brief Answer:
He should avoid paracetamol.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
He has G6PD deficiency. Paracetamol is not a safe drug in G6PD deficiency and should be avoided if possible. He can use cold and flu products but paracetamol. should not be taken without observation. Paracetamol has low but definite risk.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any furhter doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
