Question : wanted to check reports and can i go for Physiotherapy its been 4 months for the injury nut still its not proper recovered.

You have not mentioned any complaints , But since it is an X ray of the shoulder , I presume that you have shoulder pain due to 4 months old fracture.
For fracture of this kind , You can start physiotherapy now.
The results are generally good.
Take pain killers SOS , Start physiotherapy and apply hot packs at home also.
