Can I Have Baby Aspirin For Chronic Inflammation?

Question : I've asked this question before but get a variety of different opinions depending on the doctor. I have some autoimmune history (chronic elevated calcium, borderline crp, high Rheumatoid factor, etc.) and a family history of arthritis and lupus. I've also been diagnosed with LPR by an ENT and have taken omeprazole on and off. I have chronic on and off pain. Considering both the benefits and risks (risks being bleeding) what is your opinion on taking a baby asprin daily to help moderate some of the chronic inflammation that seems to be present in autoimmuine conditions? I don't have a particularly high family risk/history of heart disease or cancer.

Considering all your disease condition and your symptoms I would advice , that once in a while if a baby aspirin taken may benefit you.
Make sure you do not take them empty stomach.
Take it after omeprazole.
If you feel, you can also consult your treating doctor, as there are differences in approach of doctors.
