Cooked shrimps will not be a usually causing any problem.
Moreover CD4 200 is not that bad to be susceptible for rare opportunistic infection when compared to an individual whose CD4 count is lesser than 100-50.
Listeriosis is a bacterial disease can cause food poisoning and may lead to affect central nervous system in immuno-compromised individuals. It can be tackled easily with appropriate antibiotics. Nothing to worry.
