Can I Smoke Marijuana Prior To Colonoscopy?

Question: I am currently in the preparation phase for my colonoscopy tomorrow. I am supposed to drink a lot of IC PEG3350 solution now. I am so nauseated by it, and I can't seem to get it down. I am wondering if it would help me to smoke some marijuana? Also if I can smoke before the procedure tomorrow? thanks

Thanks for the query

Smoking marijuna will not help with colonoscopy preparation. It is important that you consume the Peg, drink it over a period of time. Tab omeprazole will help reduce nausea

Smoking marijuna before the procedure will not alter the results of the colonoscopy

If you do not consume the whole amount it will lead to inadequate preparation and the doctor will be seeing only stools instead of the mucosa
