It is absolutely safe to use ibuprofen occassionally.

It is noted that ibuprofen oral will increase the level or effect of methamphetamine oral by altering drug metabolism.

Also, ibuprofen 800mg stat is slightly higher dose; but there is absolutely no harm if the same dosage is taken for entire one day.
