Question : I've had a touch of the flu since Thursday, (low grade fever, was freezing and a little achy with an upset stomach), but I feel fine now. Is it ok to go out to church or will I still spread it around?

You are in recovery phase of viral fever. Virtually you are non infective now.

You can go out and even go to church. In case you sneeze just use a handkerchief. And avoid shaking hands with people.
