Brief Answer:
Pregnancy with a negative pregnancy test would be rare

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I'm not sure I understood everything, but in general a negative pregnancy test reliably confirms that you are not pregnant. The most common reason for someone to be pregnant with a negative pregnancy test is that they are still very early in the pregnancy. The pregnancy test usually becomes positive by 2-3 weeks after they become pregnant, or about the time you would expect your period (if you have regular periods about once a month). So if you are still concerned about being pregnant, I would check again in 2-3 weeks, and that should confirm whether you are pregnant or not.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
Thanks.
