Bromazepam is safe drug but should be taken under prescription only
Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM
I can understand your concern. Zoloft is a sertraline and the drug belongs to SSRI group of antidepressants. You have been taking the drug since six days only. When the drug is started for first week individuals usually suffer increased anxiety and sided effects which usually decrease after a week. So if you are thinking to discontinue the drug due to side effects then just for your information they will last for short time only. The drug is a main anti anxiety drug and it helps in depression symptoms. You have been taking the drug since six days only and stopping abruptly at this time will not result in severe withdrawal symptoms. So if you are not liking the drug you can stop taking it and inform your doctor.
Bromazepam is a benzodiazepine drug. The drug is a good hypnotic drug and it is used for episodic control of insomnia and anxiety. If the drug is taken regularly and for long periods of time it may result in dependence and tolerance. The drug is a common drug of abuse. The drug should be taken on SOS basis only unless strongly indicated. So as you have mentioned that your depression symptoms are under control then there is no need to take medicines, consult your doctor and make change in drugs as per prescription. Take Bromazepam only under prescription and for short time only.
Thanks, hope this helps you. Please ask again for more doubts.
