Question : I take 10mg celexa with dinner(been on just two nights now) and restoril to sleep, felt awful today so wanted to switch from the restoril to 25mg trazadone, but just read on line the two together could cause a very serious reaction, so do not take them both?? Pharmacist told me celexa will make me feel worse f=and feel"crappy" for about two weeks until it kicks in and the I will start having a lot more energy etc, what say you??
Brief Answer:
Continue with the combination
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I'm so sorry for the situation you are in. My advice is that you should continue with the combination of Celexa 10 mg and Restoril. You should wait for two weeks to see any improvement.
If no improvement is achived then you should talk with your doctor before changing your therapy. Switching from restoril to trazadone may be dangerous in your case.
Hope this was of help!
Wish you a quick improvement!
