Brief Answer:
Seems to be viral rhinitis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having running nose. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any sequence of sneezes followed by running nose ?
Since how long do you have running nose ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based on your clinical details, it appears to be allergic rhinitis or viral rhinitis.

I suggest you to follow these measures to overcome your running nose.

Start, over the counter anti allergic medication like tab. citrizine 10mg once daily and tab. dolo 650 mg (paracetamol) twice daily for head-ache. do steam inhalation for easy clearence of nasal secretions.

As such, viral rhinitis, self limiting. it takes time to resolve. Continue same antibiotic for 3 days.

In case of persistence, needs Ent consultation to rule out other causes.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
