Question : I am taking vighan CP for premature grey hair. Please suggest me Vitamin b complex for good hair growth and [premature grey hair. Also please suggest can i take Vighan CP and Vitamin B complex together?

Vighan CP already contains biotin, zinc , folic acid and calcium pantothenate which is beneficial for good hair growth as well as premature greying. In addition you may also take Capsule Adgain (Cipla) once a day which contains other vitamins and amino acids required for healthy hair. You may take this along with Vighan CP for 6 months.
