Nitric oxide supplements or nitrate medications dilate blood vessels and have the potential to lower blood pressure. At present the only medications that cannot be used with this family of drugs are the phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors such as viagra, cialis or levitra. They worsen the blood pressure drop because they work in a similar way
