Hydroxycut products are dietary supplements that are marketed for weight loss but there have been many reports of serious health problems ranging from jaundice and elevated liver enzymes, an indicator of potential liver injury, to liver damage requiring liver transplant on usage of this product.

It would be advisable to first try, taking balanced meals with lower fat content along with a regular exercise regimen. If you do not find it useful, then you may contact your treating psychiatrist for other alternative anti-anxiety medications with relatively lesser side effect of weight gain.
