Nexfolin is a combination medication that contains 3 constituents - L-methylfolate, Methylcobalamine and N-acetylcysteine. There are no significant drug intetactions between Nexfolin and Viagra (Sildenafil citrate). So, they can be taken together safely.

Nexfolin is not prescribed for premature ejaculation. Nexfolin is a nutritional supplement which provides certain essential elements such as folate, vitamin B 12 and an anti-oxidant. These elements are important in reducing or preventing nerve damage / neuropathy. Since diabetes can cause a complication of nerve damage / neuropathy, Nexfolin is prescribed for reducing / preventing diabetic neuropathy.
