Question : I am having serious pain in my teeth. I have taken Augmentin 625 and Seradic P twice today. But now pain has come again. Can I take third dose of Seradic P now.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
As far as the pain in the tooth is concerned, it can be because of the tooth infection secondary to decay or it can be because of the gum infection.
Nothing to be panic. Consult a oral physician and get It evaluated.
For the severe pain, since you have already take iwo tablets of seradic P, you cannot take more than two tablets in a day. So i advise you to take tablet ketorol, that reduces the pain within 10minutes. You need to take metronidazole along with augmentin(if you are not allergic). The medicines are temporary solution for your problem. For the pain to stop permanently you need to get the tooth treated.
