Brief Answer:
You can plan to visit Russia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your medical problem and the plan to travel to Russia.

BPPV- benign paroxysmal positional vertigo- can lead to intermittent giddiness, otherwise it does not lead to any other major symptoms.

You should carry betahistine tablets with you, so that you can take them when you feel dizzy.

I do not see any problems with flying or travelling by train and so, you can continue with your Russia plans.

(On a personal note: I am planning a trip to Moscow and St XXXXXXX next week)

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
