Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concern..

Propranolol is a beta blocker which reduces your heart rate and cannabis is responsible for tachycardia that is it increases your heart rate.

I would suggest you not to use cannabis while using propanolol. As it can create adverse effects on your body which may not be good for you.

So kindly continue propanolol alone as prescribed by your doctor.
Take care.

Hope this helps,
Let me know if I can assist you further.
