Question : i have a -1d glasses with astigmatism correction, if i use it for my usual close up screen viewing, my vision gets terrible when i take the glasses off. is it ok to use reading glasses for my screen instead?
Brief Answer:
Yes
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
It does cause problems in near vision if you wear a cylindrical lens given for Astigmatism. You can use reading glasses suiting your sight while reading. You can ask your opthalmologist to advice you Multifocal lenses.
Hope, I answered your query.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
