Brief Answer:
Need treatment for gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vomiting and diarrhoea is not likely due to infectious mononucleosis ( Mono). It is gastrointestinal infection and needs proper management as follows:

- Give antiemetic along with gastritis treatment such as Tab. Panto D for relief from vomiting
- Loperamide and ORS will help in diarrhea.
- probiotics like Enterogermina and zinc supplement such as Zinconia will help in early recovery.

Continue with symptomatic management for mononucleosis.

Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
