Question : I start to panic about 9:00pm that I am not going to get to sleep. Then in bed I get restless leg syndrome and I clench my teeth. I have 2 implants from broken teeth. Any ideas?

Brief Answer:
You can take Clonazepam which will help you

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

Anticipation that you will not sleep is leading to anxiety and this is the cause of insomnia you're having. Poor sleep worsens restless leg syndrome.

If you have prescription of Clonazepam then you can take the drug regularly which will help you in sleep.

This will reduce the restless legs too.

Thanks and Take care.
