These are the brand names of Cephalexin and Rabeprazole respectively.

They have no significant interactions so can be taken simultaneously safely.

The rabeprazole should be taken empty stomach with a glass. Of water and cephalexin should be taken after meals to improve tolerance and reduce adverse effects.
