Question : Hello, is it possible to laser off the keratin layer from the top of a person's scalp?

Lasers can do many things. It would certainly be possible to remove the keratin layer from your scalp with a laser, but I am not sure what this would do.
If you are wanting such a procedure you would need to see a dermatologist that does laser work and talk to them about doing such a procedure
